Wayne Pritchard, President

Wayne has over 30 years experience in contract drilling. He began working for Justiss in 1965 as a Roughneck. His ability to quickly grasp the mechanical workings of the rig, his organizational skills and natural comfort in handling responsibility lead to his promotion to Driller and then to his becoming Justiss' youngest Toolpusher. Wayne not only performed tasks well, but was innovative in suggesting new ideas and techniques to improve efficiency. Early in his career, Wayne earned the respect of his peers and captured the attention of Justiss management.

In 1990, Wayne was promoted to Drilling Superintendent and shortly thereafter, to Justiss Oil Company's Drilling Manager. During these years, he fine tuned his leadership and business skills. His prior field experience was invaluable in contract bidding and analyzing productivity. Now, Wayne brings to Alliance Drilling Consultants this culmination of knowledge and experience in all aspects of drilling operations.
