Many changes have occurred over the last few years here at Justiss Oil Company that affect us all. But, we are still committed to the policies that have served us so well for over 60 years. Well, what do we believe?

We believe the family is the backbone of this country and we will continue to seek out those employees who have established homes and children to raise and educate. They are more oriented toward improving their skills and have a greater interest in promoting themselves to better jobs.

We will operate a drug free organization. Recently, we learned that we have been lax in that area, and we have changed our policy in the way we employ and monitor our personnel.

We will continue to share any prosperity we enjoy with our employees, while at the same time, will protect our financial base because of the inherent ups and downs in this business. We are here for the long haul.

We will attempt to provide to our customers good equipment and well trained, competent personnel at reasonable costs.

We will try to give our employees the best insurance program that we can afford. This often places a burden on both the company and it's employees because of rapidly rising medical costs, but we will strive to be better in this area than our peers.

We will not discriminate against any employee because of race, color, sex, or religion. It's the law of the land and it's also the right thing to do. The only criterion will be competency to get the job done.

We will support the community in which we all live as a good corporate citizen with help for our schools, churches, and community affairs.
We are now back in the drilling business and our employee list is growing rapidly. Hopefully, we will be able to better communicate with you through this website and by reinstating our company newsletter. We look forward to working with all of those associated with this company and our community.
