Pusher or rig operator
$47.00 per hour
Roustabout
$42.00 per hour
3/4 or 1/2 ton truck & tools
$30.00 per hour
Rig Toolpushers
$350.00 / 12 hours
Pusher transportation
$50.00 / 12 hours
Per diem pay - Out of town expenses will be charged at
$80.00 per day per man (minimum)

Contractor will furnish standard tools for connection work.  Special tools, if required, shall be furnished by the operator.

Operator shall be charged for travel time to and from location.

Unusual transportation costs for men or tools shall be paid by Operator.
